At DD Cake House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering each cake fresh, with love and precision. However, since our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

🚫 Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of cakes and bakery products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is a serious issue.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following valid circumstances:

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund:

The wrong item was delivered (e.g., wrong flavor, wrong size)

The product was damaged during transit

The order was cancelled before preparation began

Payment was made, but the order was not delivered due to internal issues

In any of these cases, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo proof and order details.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases:

You changed your mind after delivery

Delay caused due to incorrect delivery address or unavailability at the location

Complaints made after the cake has been consumed (partially or fully)

Minor design or color variations (as all cakes are handmade)

🔄 Replacement Option

If the issue is confirmed (e.g., wrong cake or clear damage), we will:

Offer a replacement (if time and availability allow), or

Provide a partial/full refund depending on the situation
