Due to the perishable nature of cakes and bakery products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is a serious issue.

You changed your mind after delivery
Delay caused due to incorrect delivery address or unavailability at the location
Complaints made after the cake has been consumed (partially or fully)
Minor design or color variations (as all cakes are handmade)

If the issue is confirmed (e.g., wrong cake or clear damage), we will:
Offer a replacement (if time and availability allow), or
Provide a partial/full refund depending on the situation
